The Jruchula River (მდინარე ჯრუჭულა) is a river in the Sachkhere Municipality of the Imereti region. It is a left tributary of the Qvirila River. While a relatively small river, its gorge is of immense historical and scientific importance. The Jruchula Gorge is a designated natural monument, famous for the Jruchula Monastery and the Jruchula Cave, where significant prehistoric discoveries were made.

• Jruchula Monastery: A medieval monastery, featuring a cathedral built in the 10th-11th centuries, is spectacularly located within the gorge. It is an important monument of Georgian architecture.
• Jruchula Cave: This is a key paleoanthropological site. A fragment of an archaic human’s jawbone (mandible) was discovered here, representing one of the earliest signs of human presence in the region, dating back to the Middle Paleolithic era.
