The Dumala River (მდინარე დუმალა) is a river in the Khashuri Municipality of the Shida Kartli region in central Georgia. It is a right tributary of the Suramula River, which in turn flows into the Mtkvari, making it part of the extensive Mtkvari basin. Originating on the eastern slopes of the Likhi Range, the watershed that separates eastern and western Georgia, the Dumala flows through a scenic landscape of forested foothills and agricultural valleys. The river is an important source of water for the numerous villages located in its valley.

The valley of the Dumala is a historically significant area, located near the vital Surami Pass, a strategic route that has connected the two halves of Georgia for millennia.
