  • Learn about Georgia’s 8,000-year-old Qvevri winemaking tradition.
  • Sample local wines, including the famous Saperavi and Rkatsiteli varieties.
• 🚩 Stop 2: David Gareja Monastery Complex (12:30 PM – 2:00 PM):
  • Explore the David Gareja Monastery, a 6th-century monastery carved into the rocks.
  • Admire ancient frescoes and stunning desert landscapes near the Georgia-Azerbaijan border.

Afternoon: Discovering Signagi & Bodbe

• 🚩 Stop 4: Bodbe Monastery (4:45 PM – 5:30 PM):
  • Visit the sacred Bodbe Monastery, the resting place of Saint Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia.
